So I have a new client who said that I could skip the toilet in the main hallway because they were replacing it. I said well do you mind if I look at it before you replace it? They said sure. So when I looked at it the holes on the underside of the rim were completely blocked. I said that I can potentially fix the problem. And got the go ahead. So when I tell you that they were extremely happy that I saved them money not only for the toilet (that the plumber said was a "problem with this kind of toilet" and he would recommend "replacing it") but the plumber himself. Sometimes all you need is a time and a good property maintenance who actually cares!
