People want to make the “right” choice in their interiors, and that’s why they come to us. Our designers do serve as decision making coaches, or curators, or editors, and we provide great visual tools to take away some of the uncertainty, but there are still some folks who want 100% certainty before implementing our design suggestions. Quartz is popular for countertops due to durability, low upkeep, and versatility, but faces increasing scrutiny over production methods. Due to it’s high silica content, the manufacturing and installation of quartz poses a risk of silicosis, a serious lung ailment, to workers involved in the cutting, grinding, and polishing of quartz.
