Another project from a few years ago. The family hired me to paint the most difficult side of the house for them. As you can see, the foundation of the house was built right in Lake Ontario. It would be impossible to use an aerial boom lift or scissor lift, and I was not going to use a ladder

In a recent windstorm, this fence surrounding the dumpster area was damaged. The primary reason that this happened was the fence had originally been built out of standard, non-pressure-treated lumber. So we came in and (easily) removed the old fencing, installed a new corner post, and rebuilt

Despite the cold, we managed to install approximately 36 shutters on Friday!

Another great job by Wesley at Mosier Home Improvement! He installed shutters for me today in the freezing cold! They look wonderful! Can't recommend his work enough!

Day 1 of a shower/tub and floor replacement. The floor was soaking wet from a leaking tub. Let's hope it dries out for new flooring tomorrow!
