"One typical Sunday at church, a Central Monitoring technician was installing a fire alarm system. My dad struck up a conversation about the job and hiring process and said, ‘I think my son would love this.’ The very next day, I went into the office, filled out an application, and the rest is history. Now, 15 years later, I still have the same passion for what I do.”
