It’s getting hot early this year. Ceiling fans move the air and reduce the need to lower the thermostat thereby saving you money on electricity. Even efficient A/C units cost at least $5 per day to run, where ceiling fans only cost .42 per day. Ceiling fans can cool a room about five degrees, but will actually feel cooler with the breeze blowing across your skin.
